It sounds like you weren't told bad information, both tickets are actually consistent and almost answer two entirely different questions. You probably haven't gotten a response back because they are researching WHY it didn't give you that 24 hour window to get BNS Gold, the fact the ticket is not closed yet means you will most likely get a special circumstance and have the name reserved for you.

When I asked for a refund on dragon pouches, the process went>

Also was the previous ticket closed with Blade & Soul Gold? You can always reopen it/recomment on it, at least you would be with the consistent person. I don't know how many customer service related things you dealt with but you're far too quick to show your teeth, especially since it just makes them WANT to fuck you over.

You asked a question, they gave the answer to the best of their understanding based on the information they were given. You applied the general method, which the patch notes also stated, you did not get the intended result. All you had to do was explain you didn't get the intended result, but now you're coming across as one of those entitled pompous customers that people dread by R4PG BNS Gold immediately victimizing yourself and demanding a solution.

The response you initially gave is something I would reserve if they have entirely just said 'tough luck'
