As for the account look however it happened your account got compromised and it's not fair to blame NCSoft for this one. 99% of the time it's the account owners fault.

Out of all this have you even spoken to NCSoft? Like actually rung them and said I think my account is compromised because 2k worth of fucking NC coins were purchased and I didn't do it and my details are saved on the account? Because im pretty sure NCsoft could verify someone with an IP outside of your usual login went onto the account and made the purchases and they could either lock the account or change the details for you at least (speaking of which have you changed your password yet?)
Your CC company is going to reverse the charges, NCsoft will ban you for that. If you actually speak to them you might be able to just get a straight refund.
The representative was clueless. I told him it was fraud and he told me I was wrong. He said it wasn't fraud because I authorized them to take money out when I purchased $100 NCOIN in January. As such, they can keep taking money out. I also told him to LOCK my account and STOP all the new chargers. He said he couldn't and I have to contact NCsoft myself to reverse the BNS Power leveling (???). Fucking idiot. Anyways, like I was saying, that's when I lost my temper and asked for the manager.
