The capital and a bit of the countryside...was at a conference. Had a really good time though.

Well I would imagine most true "cults" are fairly secretive about their operations..
I am not saying there could not be a "real life cult of cthulhu" as stated in the topic, but there is a much better chance of individuals who have adopted this view, than there is of a whole "cult" type operation.
I say "cult" in quotes because different people have different meanings of the word. Some think of it as a group of people who will try to brainwash you. Others think of it as simple a group of people who share the same beliefs.
Which were you intending? Since Cthulhu would be involved.. I would imagine the brainwashing one hehe.

I think that any real cults associated with worshipping the Big C wouldn't be found online. Btw the net is full of Nec texts. I have a few pdf versions, but the site they were on got taken down. Now that I think of it I have loads of articles and stuff pdf-ized, that involve the Nec.
Point being: the usual Net stuff isn't going to help here about finding about real life cults.

I went into the underground parts which were a bit of a letdown. The inside of the rooms were burned, nothing left but hubris. But what was interesting was that in Estonia there was a huge storm that flooded the parts I live in. So riding down the beach I found a human bone. It's the one pirates used on their flags and it's the longest on your leg (don't know the exact term for it). Anyway, I didn't think much of it but yesterday I was there again and washed up in all the floated thrash was a weird skull. My friend who was with me thought it was a boar skull because it had fangs. But the fangs were grown into the skull from each angle! Plus the skull didn't have eyesockets or holes for a nose. It's very weird, I hope to retrieve it because I didn't want to take it with me then but I can't get it's image out of my head. It could be nothing, just a bone or whatever, I'm no doctor. Anyway, if it pays off and I can get it back I'll take a picture of it and post it here.
Yeah I'm overexcited for probably shitty reasons but still... My imagination is running double-time.
