wait a minute.... this seems to be getting WAY off topic. lets talk about the Necronomicon, not weather or not the vatican is really a Black market run by the pope, and they hide guns in their bibles and that all of the religions are in some kind of Gang war and they end up killing eachother on the place where God said in the bible that the final battle will happen.......wait.... this is starting to sound like a good story! lets just throw the Necronomicon, Cthulhu, and Yog-Sothoth in the mix and we got the great american novel

Whoa - you don't need Myhtos elements for a Mythos tale. Go read some of my stuff on the main part of the site. I think the only element I've used is the Necronomicon, once, for a quote - an epithet, at that.

that thing i suggested, Clash of Every religion on earth into one big Holy war, and it ends up that there is no god, or that the mythos is the true way, or that the mormons were right.

None of those endings sound good. Let's have it that it's not a Holy War, but some shadowy organisation is assassinating all the religious leaders, and it actually turns out to be the work of a lone, ex-Spetznaz trooper. I'll leave the motive to you, but don't cheese it too much.
