Hello everyone,

As there is a large overlap in Lovecraft fans and zombie fans I thought I would post this here in case anyone is interested.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Permuted Press is pleased to announce that short story submissions are now being accepted for a chance to be published in the upcoming anthology of zombie tales The Undead. Submission is free and stories are welcomed from aspiring and established authors. Authors chosen for inclusion will receive a free copy of The Undead at publication!

For submission guidelines, news, contests, and more information visit the official site:

I am undecided as to whether or not I should consider this forum spamming :P

Maybe there should be a separate forum section or a page for these kinds of ads?

Spam?

My apologies if this is considered spam. I didn't think it would be since I'm not selling anything and it should be of interest to some people here. If you decide it is spam please feel free to remove it.

Thanks,
Jacob

I do not think I will remove it. Adrian gives a good idea though. Perhaps in the future we will setup a special section for people telling about their sites etc..

Now what I consider spam is the people who sign up for an account, do not provide a valid email for authentication, and whos profile has nothing on it but a link to a weight loss site or something ;)

Those are quickly removed!

What if the weight loss program involves losing weight by having all of your internal organs removed and sacrificed to pre-human deities?

Well then they probably are not making many sales, so I would give them all the help I could give ;)

I forgot to mention we will require 1 internal organ from each selected author. Author chooses though we aren't picky. :P

Is it just my imagination or has the number of anthologies in general risen severley lately?

Not saying it's a bad thing, just curious :)

it's called 'market saturation' kids

Just like the sci-fi and hard-sci fi markets of the late 1980's
