Looking over the stats, these pets seem mediocre to moderate compared to what we have. It will come down to number crunching but anyone crying p2w is insane. The Heroic pets are jack of all trades, you will benefit more a specialized pet(s). I have a feeling Agnas and Garme will make them look like trash by Riders of Icarus Gold. As for the elites, the 25%+ is okay, but I'll need to run some calcs.
Yes they are RNG Boxes. All is lost abandon ship. Its not like every other MMO has these right now. And quite frankly you can farm quite a few of these per month. I am able to get 12 Ellun daily per character. Every 4-5 days I could snag a box, no other game lets me do that. Truly these are the end times.

)) how stupid ! Dragon's Prophet is far from a F2P game but at least you know that if you are gonna buy a specific dragon from the in-game marketplace or web store you are going to get ROI Gold. But these Luck Boxes are a scam, it's not enough that people will probably pay quite some money to get Legendary mounts but now they won't be even sure if they will get it !
Yup, it's super disappointing as I wouldn't actually mind paying for the skins/pets/mounts I want but the RNG luck boxes are just super cash grabby - you're almost certainly going to have to gamble large amounts of ellun to actually get the reward you wanted.
Can't even trade the pets if you get a useless one as they're bound. I'd like the tanking heroic one but I shudder to imagine how much ellun I'd waste on useless pets to get it.
