A disturbing link to Lovecraft's writings...
I have been lurking here for a bit but finally have a reason to post something. While doing some research on Lovecraft's racist views I shuddered to find myself at Stormfront, a white supremacist/neo-nazi forum reading the following thread:

The opening post begins with this:
"As many here seem to be familiar with Lovecraft’s white nationalist thought (referred to by the Great Old One as “Pan-Saxonism, or the domination by the English and kindred races over the lesser divisions of mankind”), to say nothing of his weird fiction, I have created this thread as a kind of repository for samples of his writing devoted to race and culture, particularly quotes plucked from his essays, articles, and correspondence.
The purpose of this thread is not merely to celebrate the beauty of the written word or to revisit an earlier period in the history of WN philosophy, however. Lovecraft’s popularity with fans of weird literature and his ever increasing influence in the artistic community, coupled with the eloquence and logic with which he is able to articulate positions that the PC world may find distasteful, make him, in my opinion, an ideal instrument for disseminating WN ideas."
There follows 5 pages (so far) of horrible racist venom supposedly penned by Lovecraft. Has anyone here seen this? I hate to think of Lovecraft being associated with the idiots over at Stormfront but I have read in the past that he was a bit racist.
