Re: Lots of new members
Hate to burst your bubble, but statistically, around 2/3 of the total forum users in forums register to the forums, and proceed to never, ever post anything, even an intro. Kind of wacky, because that's like getting a Lamborghini and never taking it for a spin (except for the difference in costAleister wrote:I would like to say hello to all of the new people who have been signing up with the forum. Of course, this weird thing is actually kinda helpful. I was once in a forum with nearly 2000 members. Imagine if all of them were regular posters.
Good point, Mike. I think regular user deletions should be taken in every two months or so. Whats the point of having users that never post anything?

But anyhoo,
I like the layout and the people here seem to be rather enthusiastic and filled with SWEET LOADS of talent and intelligent commentary. Well done Aleister. And well done to those who add to the bulbous board folder on the dagontemple domain :D
I am eager to watch all the zero posted members rise to a full 16

Well, I'm a longtime Lovecraft fan and fledgling writer. I maintain a blog at www.biggerboat.net which, as of right now, consists primarily of political ranting (they're left-wing in flavor, just to warn). I hope to make it more writing-oriented in the future.
