Here are details of some of the cases heard before Sheriff Daniel Kelly last week at Airdrie Sheriff Court:Darrell Mooney assaulted the officers at Monklands Hospital, where they had been called Best Air Max 2016 Black Blue Purple On Sale after the 21 year old assaulted, obstructed or hindered two nurses in the accident and emergency department, while shouting and swearing.
He also pleaded guilty to uttering threats and headbutting and attempting to kick the windows of a marked vehicle taking him to Coatbridge police office in the incident on March 1.
Colette McNellis was ordered to carry out 240 hours' unpaid work and placed on a year's supervision after admitting the assaults and a further charge of lying in and blocking the ambulance bay on October 10, 2012.
Procurator fiscal depute Michael McIntosh told Airdrie Sheriff Court: "At 10.30pm the accused was conveyed to accident and emergency due to complaints about chest pain.
"She refused to be assessed and became abusive, shouting and swearing. She walked out and was then found to be lying across the entrance to the hospital, primarily used by ambulances.
"She was asked to get up but refused and when the doctor came to the assistance of colleagues she reacted aggressively by lashing out and kicking him to the right leg.
"Police were contacted and found the accused intoxicated. She was arrested and in the course of this lashed out and kicked a police officer on the body."
Defence solicitor Brian Mohan said: "She still has a very poor recollection of matters but has a long standing drink problem and is Best Air Max 2016 Black Blue Purple On Sale quite ashamed by her behaviour.
"She has been seeking assistance to deal with this and Cheap Nike Air Max 2016 she feels at her best when helping others.
"A community payback order would benefit society and Ms McNellis by providing structure and that step back from a custodial sentence would be an appropriate disposal."
Sheriff Daniel Kelly agreed, telling the 42 year old, of Parnell Street: "Taking into account the background, I'm prepared to deal with this by the maximum amount of unpaid work."
Drug find
A man who was found in possession of diazepam at his Coatbridge home, with intent to supply the class C drug, has been admonished.
Sentence on Darryn Mitchell had previously been deferred and Sheriff Daniel Kelly was told that he had engaged in a structured programme following the offence at Greenside Street on May 28 last year.
Mitchell, 42, was also admonished on a separate charge of strugging with police, threatening an officer, Nike Air Max Womens shouting and swearing at Redbridge Court and in a police van on June 30, 2012.
Damage to house
A man who broke into a house in Carnbroe, banging the door and kicking and breaking a glass panel, has been fined Edward Myles pleaded guilty to placing the female householder in a state of fear and alarm and behaving in a threatening and abusive manner during the incident at Brambling Road.
Loud music
A woman who breached an anti social behaviour order by playing loud music at her former home was placed on six months' supervision.
Nicola Trainar, 25, admitted failing to comply with the terms of the order between April 20 and 21 by playing the music, shouting and swearing.
